can anyone give me safe tips to improve myself so i can get on pointe when the time come and stuff
How can i improve my ballet techniques so i can prepare myself to get up on pointe when the time comes?star theater
The biggest thing is that you really need to strengthen your ankles. Rolling your ankle repetitivly will really help and also do lots of rises on one foot. you should be able to do between 16-32 without getting tired....
