I got some at Target.
i love the ones from hot topic they have funky prints and colors. You should def take a look at them!
payless has some cute and affordable ones. thats where i got mine. they have different brands too, like american eagle, so theres plenty to choose from.

wet seal also has super cute ballet flats. they have metallics, striped, or just plain flats. you should definitely check it out!
