I want a tattoo of ballet slippers but I cant find any related pictures or drawings to show to the artist.?performing arts

google, find a picture of the type of slippers you want, points etc. that or if you are a dancer yourself bring your own shoes in and ask him to sketch something from them. that way its more personal.

Same as above - but once you type in "Ballet Slippers" click images and then search. It'll only pull up pictures - there's over 7700
tattoos.com,unless you are under 18 it has nudity.

take a pic of your ballet shoes or bring them into the artist if you have a pair. The art will be fantastic if they can draw their inspiration from the real thing!

I have a tattoo of my daughter's name on my ring finger and the artist did a fantastic job by just meeting her and my husband has 20 tattoo's, the best one is a biker link chain around his arm, he just road his motorcycle in and the artist just drew the pic up from the real thing. It's gorgeous.
the best thing to do would be to go to the tattoo artist and look through their design books. It's possible they've done that design before.
the best thing that you could do would be to find a picture or tell the artist your vision and let them create a custom one for you...
Have you thought of ballet catalogs or sites. Don't think tattoo, just think ballet slippers. Google ballet slippers or pointe.
take a picture of the actual slippers or try deviantart.com
you don't have to have a picture of a tattoo of ballet slippers. just take a picture of actual slippers or bring a pair if you have them.
let the artist know what you want, then, let him/her come up with something. most tattooists are pretty damn good artists, as well asgood at pushing ink.
